We are talking about the opinion of coding bootcamps. I'd like to pose the question, are there any coding bootcamps that you would recommend? Having been through the pre-application process and receiving a scholarship in two of the coding bootcamps, I think they are valuable in some ways. I still think they are too expensive, gauging this from Seattle. I currently live in the Seattle area and have strongly considered a bootcamp to get my dev skills up to par. I consider myself a very Junior programmer, not only in my knowledge, but because the JavaScript landscape has changed so drastically and new technologies are introduced every couple years. As an alternative to going through a coding bootcamp and spending thousands of dollars, I would love to find or hire a mentor who would help me with enough skill to be employable by a tech company.
