How do you cope with "developers block"? You know, those points in your developer career when your creativity is low and you have trouble coming up with ideas for what to create next.
What are some the techniques and tips you have for working through these periods?

Something I've found to be counterproductive is to keep working, especially more hours than normal to try and work through this. At least for me "developers block" is often a signal that I've been working too much and need a break (or at least a distraction).
I have been struggling with this for a little bit now. Once work is done I will focus on something else. Lately it has been remodeling my house. I am hoping that once my house projects are done I will get some creative juices flowing again for another coding project.
