Iβd encourage those founders and executives to think harder about their core value proposition in the market and how it can be delivered with the best potential for creativity and engagement of employees.
Unfortunately thatβs hard work that really takes empathy and thinking outside the box, and the modern education system in most countries actively programs us not to do that (my opinion).
