Totally agree with you. I'm experiencing these rollercoaster emotions everyday and I have to consider myself a lucky person because this people makes me be better in the way I try to reach them. In the other hand, when I work with people less experienced than me, I try to mentor them to avoid the mistakes I do in my work life and, sometimes, recognize their feelings as the ones I have.
