Is hacking only done in Linux?

Nowadays, beginners in Cyber Security and hacking are spreading some thoughts that hacking can be done only in Kali Linux or Linux systems, but that's wrong thinking hacking can be done in any operating system, no matter if it is windows or Linux or in a parrot. just the difference is Kali provides the inbuilt tools and in windows, we have to install them ourselves. We can use windows command prompt as Kali also, so for all the beginners who think hacking can be done in only Kali you are wrong!!
