The other things I find helpful are (a) talking to more senior engineers and hearing about what they are struggling with - that reassures me that feeling challenged is a normal part of this work and that no one knows everything - and (b) reminding myself of how far I've come in just the last year and that I am going to keep learning things and improving as an engineer. In other words, I try to have a growth mindset as much as possible. :)
