Do you have perhaps a privacy-enhancing extension (e.g. DuckDuckGo) enabled? I use Mailmunch to send the Investor Profile PDF file to you at the end of the Quiz and I use this tool for form processing. Trusting ilonacodes.com in such an extension should allow you to submit the answers!
