It was actually a big surprise to me when I realised most of my network are struggling to generate ideas. Then I started to talk with people about ideas and help them generate ideas on their own, and it turned out great: a number of pet projects sprung up, made by people who come up with idea using described steps.

Most of my network does not develop stuff.
"Develop" as in "writing code" or as in "make stuff"? Because you can bootstrap a business without putting down a single line of code.
Anyway, maybe you can encourage your network and they'll become makers 🤷♂️
There already are too many developers in the world. We need more people having a different profession, actually.
