Discussion on: What is your morning routine?

For me, it depends on whether I want to clock in a strength practice session or not. If so:

  • get up at 5:15
  • some light yoga
  • do the Simple & Sinister kettlebell routine
  • as long as my daughter still sleeps: more yoga, meditation, reading
  • take my daughter to give my wife some more sleep (usually around 6 to 6:30)
  • breakfast with my daughter at ~8
  • get ready for work with a cold shower etc
  • off to work at ~8:30-8:45

If I don’t do sports, I just sleep until I wake up with the family.
