I would recommend to build it yourself (thats what i did). I would recommend to look at front end mentors portfolio challenge and build that but with your own info. If i remember correctly they allow you to use their design with some tweaks here and there. And you can deploy on netlify because its free, the only thing you would pay for is your domain name if you decide to ditch the netlify domain extension.
