Hello, Dennis, thank you for your time and your response.

Why do you think my headline it's misleading? I wanted to explain a bit about the sector and just expose why I'm no longer in it, I thought I covered both issues... What headline do you think would fit better?

As I saw and I could talk about it with other people, lack of respect it is in fact a common issue in this sector for many reasons. You see, no one studies to be a "big data specialist" or "AI specialist", or "Sensor specialist"... At least not "officially". That's why employers search for people with a senior knowledge, it just must be in the IT, and then force them to specialize on it because they need that. Guess well, they're not getting paid enough, they aren't receiving the appropiate title in their contracts and they can't say "no".

That's why even though I loved doing what I did, the sector is not prepared. Our studies aren't prepared. Our companies aren't prepared to understand what they need.

I saw the headline and draw the conclusion that the sector is so bad you can't stay in it at all and your reasons for leaving it were too common for me to be just about the sector.

But as you clarified it seems to not be about just the wrong employer, it and to be a root problem there.

Thanks!

I see Dennis, I expanded the 'why I left it' section so it can come clearer!

Thank you for your observation!
