What was your win this week?

Somehow managed to get a bunch of new users for my app, and somehow also won the GFTW hackathon! It's been a crazy week :)

Delivered an MLP Friday at lunch so I took the afternoon off to onboard myself on a Flutter project. Fun times 🙋

Well, I had a baby! 👶 (Or rather, my wife did!) He was born at 3:03AM this morning, and now we are... tired, mostly, very very tired, but also so happy!

Had a pretty huge win this week: after months of designing + over-engineering, I finally released v3 of my personal site!

This was a pretty big undertaking, since I challenged myself to make a statically generated, JAMStack-ified SPA using zero frameworks or component libraries.

Hope to get going on some posts explaining what I learned along the way (other than... don't try this at home 😆). For now...

Made my first ever embedded bootloader! Now I can update my custom hardware from over the network 😁

My win was - Losing Self Confidence and hope day by day ..... I was not able to figure out what's going wrong with programming...... I spent sleepless nights and have been working on a project... Finally lost confidence and got clarity that I am a failure.

After a period of uncertainty because p*ndemic, this week I've signed my first leadership role, I can't wait to make my mark 👊🏽

Yesterday a teammate and I presented at the virtual Cloud Foundry NA Summit. It was my first time speaking at a virtual conference, but a lot of fun! Definitely a lot less stressful than speaking in-person for an introvert like me. 😅
