I need a little help, we need to develop one application that would process all the data obtained from one large knowledge base, and cluster them according to certain attributes and keys. How much would such a program cost? And from whom can we order a team that can cope with a similar problem?
A couple of people can't do a task like that, am I right? I just specialize in other tasks. I am not deeply interested in development.
