I'm actually dabbling myself if I should move to lead, or architect. Apart from that there are some many cool things. I had a couple of weeks I was really blocked by this. Eventually I decided to just pick one of the projects I probably could finish in some weeks. I also had some poc using graphQl which was never more then that, and current project seems 'stuck' at rest. Also for languages, because of the market I'm 'stuck' at Java, while I would rather do Clojure, Rust or Kotlin.
