We all mess up once in a while, we're designed that way. The best thing to do is own your mistakes and never forget what you feel during those times. If you are aware that you have the tendency to mess up, you will always be careful of what you do next. Mistakes are inevitable but that doesn't mean we can't lessen its occurrence by being careful. And, being upset of yourself just means you still care about the project and you're passionate of what you do.
