I had a few negotiations that couldn't work out. Usually from companies that refused to pay market price, and thought everyone was 'a student'.
Companies refused to add meal tickets if not negotiated (only once), or offer much less than my must-have-minimum or threatened to reduce to 25% after I signed contract. Finding a good company to work with is HARD.
I am no expert in this domain, but with every try, I become better. Hope it works out and next time you can negotiate more.
