I bought this 2 years ago, and I am very impressed with the performance it still has! for heavy use of programming, web browsing, 3-4 applications all day long, multiple windows open in brave not bad! Maybe by the end of the year, I'll switch to a new 2014 macbook pro
This one is refurbished (forgot to mention it), you can find really good deals if you don't want the latest models, and sometimes a few months later you can find the latest ones as well. They just need to match your "mandatory" requirements
