Surprisingly, I still meet people who have a basic email and for spam. They use the latter to register on sites. Like, it is necessary to show the main e-mail - and it will drown in ads.
And it would seem nothing of the sort, quite a solution, but as a rule no one knows that 90% of mailings can be unsubscribed:
- scroll to the end of the e-mail.
- look for the unsubscribe link
- click on it

This is possibly correct, but depends on the provider of the newsletter. If they do it in a good way, they will allow you to unsubscribe, but there is still the risc of receiving unwanted e-mails without this option, if you give somebody your e-mail address.
