To insert blank rows every other Nth row in the range, follow the below steps.

  • You need to select a range where you want to insert blank rows.

  • Go to the Kutools Tab, select the Insert option, choose the Insert Blank Rows & Columns from the drop-down list.

  • It will open the Insert Blank Rows & Columns Dialog box.
  • In that dialog box, you need to choose the Blank rows option under the Insert type option.
  • Then, you need to enter the number into the Interval of and Rows box.

You can insert the blank column in the specific range. To do this follow the below steps.

  • You need to select a range where you want to insert blank columns.
