Print Multiple Selections in Excel:
To print multiple ranges or selections into one page in Excel, kindly follow the below steps.
- Go to the Kutools Plus Tab, select the Printing option, then choose the Print Multiple Selections Wizard option.
- It will display the Print Multiple Selection Wizard Dialog Box.
- You need to click button to add the ranges to the list that you want to print.
- button will be used to remove the range.
- Up and Down arrow buttons – These buttons are used to rearrange the order of the selected range.
- Then, click the Next option to continue this process.
- It will open the next wizard.
You need to select the Specify new print settings option under the Print settings section.
Use default print settings – If you check this option, the page setup of the multiple selections will be the same as default print settings.
Use the print settings from the current worksheet – The page setup of the multiple selections will be the same as the current active worksheet.
Specify new print settings – if you want some new page setup, you can check this option, and then click the Page Setup button to set the page settings you like.
Then, you need to choose the Add a blank row between ranges option.
After that, click the Next button to go to the next process.
- It will open the Print Multiple Selection Wizard.
- You need to select the Activate the worksheet, but don’t print it option under the Action for the temporary worksheet section.
- Then, you need to click the Finish button.
- Finally, all the ranges you selected have been pasted into the new worksheet and you can re-arrange them in the worksheet.
