Imposter syndrome is definitely important for every developer to know about, I think knowing of its existence gets you half the way to overcoming it (although I still struggle with it sometimes!)
One tip for your post, right now the paragraphs are very long but I think it would be a lot easier to read if you split it up into smaller paragraphs
