Adding a README to the GitHub profile |2021| 💪Step by Step Tutorial

⬇️ Step by Step guide ⬇️

1. Open Github and click on create a new repository
2. Name the new repository with your GitHub name and add the "README" file from the options
3. Edit the file and add whatever you want :)
4. Click commit changes and you're ready!
5. Optionally: Click edit or preview to edit or preview the changes.
