you want build something to meet very specific requirements (I would suggest you give more details.)
you want learn how to do it
Buy some script on Code Canyon if:
you found some CMS there, which meets all your requirements
you don't have time to lose reinventing the wheel
Otherwise, I suggest you to get something ready, or some example to read and use it as base. Take a look into github.com/tsawler/intermediate-ph...
