remove the search bar above the projects: The gallery view is good enough when you just have 12 projects. Searching is nice when I know what I'm looking for, but in this situation I'm more in a "discovery" mode.
I recommend adding short tags to each project for what tech/packages they use.
Consider also providing links to repos for projects so we can see the code.
I'd make the social buttons at the bottom of your contact page stand out more.
