Very interesting. Will definitely try it out. So far we often mark some comments in gitlab merge request as non blocking so that we can continue with the work and merge the branch but opening an issue with those open topics. That issue is then evaluated in the next sprint planning meeting to create separate jira tickets.

it means give it in Slack or some publicly recorded medium so that others can see it :)
