Good series of videos! the only thing to keep in mind is...that there are 2 types of recruiters that I can think of. The ones that are a recruiting agency and the ones who work at the company you are applying for. The ones who work for a recruiting agency the are going to try to get you the hightest $$$ they can from the company they are doing the recruitment for. Why? because the majority of those recruiters get paid a % of your salary. So...more money for you, more money for them
Working with an external recruiter can be helpful, both for negotiation and the connections to companies if you're having a hard time finding places to apply to or get your foot in the door.
