Html should normally be the beginning of any programmer
This is very specific to web development. Most web developers will usually start with HTML so when they move to JS there's already something for them to actually do with their code.
But for programming in general, this isn't true at all. For many branches of programming HTML is very far down on the priority list (although these days almost anyone an benefit from some simple HTML knowledge, even if just to generate some static output).

yea.. you are absolutely correct
but hope you know html is necessary .. even though there are many aspects of programming that is not html
