Those are two different things. I don't dislike the effect itself, it just doesn't amaze me nor do I think will it amaze anybody else. It's also a bit arrogant to call ones own code "amazing".
I think it’s weird to call people out like that. Why can someone not be proud of his code? We’re all at different stages in our coding journey.
