My years of experiences and my presence in talking eye to eye would tell you enough about if i'am a senior dev or not.

I don't know the title of anyone I work with, even my manager, with the exception of two or three (and that's only because they were recently promoted, and promotions get advertised around the company in our monthly newsletter). But it is usually quite clear from context and conversation how 'sagely' they are, and if they can help you.
That said, I get the feeling this 'title anonymity' is peculiar to the engineering org specifically. The company has been effective at filtering out engineers with large egos, probably because the engineers are doing the hiring; but that's not how the rest of the company hires.
EDIT: I realize I'm coupling "has a large ego" with "cares a lot about titles". That's not a fair judgment, I apologise. π
