At least, Vercel does this one thing very well. The same cannot be said about a lot of AWS services. What good is being able to use AWS infrastructure through AWS if a lot of it is sub-par in quality?
AWS AppSync = sub-par Hasura
AWS Cognito = sub-par Auth0/Okta/...

For the record, we're using AWS Infrastructure in combination with our Vercel-deployed frontend just fine.
