I believe it's because React is not opinionated & every project usually differs. So you'd need to "move files around" to see what works for you (trial & error) mostly.
@ErisDS There's no "best practice" in how to split files between folders in an app. Just like there's no best practice in how to split files between folders on your computer. Everybody does it a bit differently. IMO explicitly saying it doesn't mater is better than fighting over this π

Another way is to check GitHub looking for React/Redux "boilerplates" and mimic to see if it works for you.
