What's the incentive for employers to use your platform? For them, referrals doesn't necessarily mean good candidates, because anyone can refer anyone, meaning even if I'm shit, I can just create a fake account and refer myself.
The current referral systems work when a current employee refers their friends, and their reputation is on the line, that's why company invests time to do an interview.
