The problem is that the cost will be much higher for the project eventually if people choose to go the no code route. The reality is that no-code could not support a successful web app where users are generating thousands of records.

Using 3rd party tools, services, libraries... like a debt. You have to pay more than what you got of course (even when they're free or open source). However not all debts are bad. Sometimes they boost your business.
