I subscribe to these ideas.
All my life experiences agree that, change is easier when gradual.

Force majeure usually only really works for me if there is some external power pressuring me.

Fx. i am trying to change my sleep schedule at the moment, and the fact that my wife just started school and wants me to get up really early with her helps a ton.

The alternative would have been to push my bed/wake -time 10-15 minutes at a time. Which is easier, but takes a lot longer time to implement. considering i wanna move my sleeping pattern at least 90 minutes. :)

How true! And yes, if it weren’t for my wife I’d never be on time anywhere! Haha
