Can you please write an article based on your video? At this point every "article" you have looks just like a link to your YouTube video and the text on the bottom is just the description of the video. Folks in DEV are generally looking for stuff to read, if they were looking for stuff to watch they would either go to the videos section (which you could also use), or go to YouTube directly. You'll get better engagement in a platform like this if you use it to actually write articles instead of just using it to promote your videos.
If you only want to promote your videos, then you can use the listings option in DEV, which is a dedicated area of the platform where community members and organizations are encouraged to publish information related to events, products, services, job listings, and everything in between.
DEV encourages authors to share their full articles in here, not just portions of them with links to the "full article", and these posts are kinda like a mix of "partial post" and "promotion".
1 tip I can give you to make the process faster for you is to use the transcript of your video as a base to write the article, so the content of the video matches the content of the article.
