i read somewhere that the most important use of a framework is for maintainance especially in large projects....developers in companies come and go... if your codebase is written without a framework it will be very confusing even for a veteran to undarstand what the former developer wrote...as we all know we can all write code in 5 or 10 or 20 different ways but still have the same result..if we have a framework it will be easier for all to adapt and the speed of development will be better
remember time is gold especially to the investors and business owners..they dont care if youre code is written in framework or not...the most important thing is to deliver on time and make everyone one on the team in the same page
