I love the point about being ready with questions. When I interview people, it's always a bit of a turnoff if they don't have anything to ask...
I think the biggest thing that having good questions shows is that you're able to think critically about the situation you're in, and you're able to communicate your questions and concerns appropriately. If you can't do that in an interview, then how will you be able to do it in the job?!
