If you don’t have a huge range of experience, include some specific links to work on GitHub that you can gin up (ie, create a react component that does something non-trivial, but not months of work).
Another thing I’d suggest is including some example work of problems you faced earlier in your careeer, and how you’d approach/solve them today.

So I think you should largely rework this. I’d get rid of all the non-tech stuff on page two.
I’d like to see more specificity in your technology stuff, maybe broken down by big area, ie:
Node.js: express.js, thing2,
React: redux, mobx, styled components, etc
Build tools: etc
