What I meant is the requirement for completion of hacktoberfest event is At least 4PR, if you are doing more than that, it is beneficial for you as you are learning more.
Regarding the 7 days time period, You can see a time for the PR's you have made in the hacktoberfest profile page. During 7 days if maintainers report your PR as spam/invalid then your next PR will go through that phase i.e. 7 days.
When your 4 PR are accepted after 7 days period you will be able to claim your reward.
