Worst from my side: so they give me a task to do before the interview. When the interview comes they ask me if I can think of a way to make it work better. I spot some issues right away but my mind goes totally blank on how to fix it. Had to end it early because I was totally out of shape
Worst from their side: I apply for this one job but the recruiter asks me to interview for another one even though I have almost no relevant experience. On top of that no meeting room was booked for the interview (so we did an interview in a relaxation room they had) and the interviewers were late because the interview wasn't in their calendar
honorable mention: 15 minutes in they realize I'm in a different city and they don't want to pay for relocation or wait for me to move on my own
