For some reason, I can only select an App Service plan when I create a new Azure Function. Do you know why that happens to me? Yes, I have a free App Service plan, but I would like to use the consumption plan which would scale with the usage of the function. That's the main thing why I consider Azure functions for my use case.
I think I know what it is.. version 2.0 is still in a preview. If you select Windows instead of Linux it should work. Consumption plan is not supported on Linux yet, sorry
Thanks for your reply. The thing is I'm using Windows. You can see in the image in the attachment of this comment how it looks like for me. I only have the option to select an App Service Plan. I have a single developer account because my company does not have Azure credits. Maybe this is the problem? I have no subscriptions on my account. thepracticaldev.s3.amazonaws.com/i...
Can you please email me with the details and I’ll get someone from the Functions team to help? antchu @ microsoft .com. Thanks.
I'll ask internally. Thanks for raising this Claudio
Do you have any information on this? It's still a problem for me. I have opened a question on Stackoverflow, but no answer up to now. Support Ticket?
