I do some research on the companies behind job postings before applying, and only apply if I think it has chances to be a place where I would like to work. That makes it quite easy to answer that question. I simply point out the things I've found out during my research that made me think it was an interesting company and worth applying to.
Usually it's a mix of liking the product/service they are building, perceiving a good culture and using a tech stack that I'm interested in.
