I gave it a spin and I have nothing but high praise! For long I've looked for a tool to download entire playlists but there was none. The documentation can be overwhelming to those in a hurry, so I'd suggest something like the following after installation (I prefer command-line):
$ youtube-dl https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL4FB17E5C77DCCE69 -o '/home/ankush/Downloads/PreCalculus/%(title)s.%(ext)s'
This copies all the videos in the playlist into the /home/ankush/Downloads/PreCalculus directory, creating it if there is none.

I downloaded the software and after adding the url when I click the start button just shows completed but in real no download how can I fix that ?
