By far the best (IMHO) talk on imposter syndrome comes from no one less than Kent Beck (of xUnit, Smalltalk, eXtreme Programming, Agile manifesto fame).
His talk "Ease at work" goes into this problem from his own perspective, but relates it to how someone new in the field might block him or herself by mere thought.
His humor is maybe unusual, but very to the point and makes it a light topic to ponder about.
