Hey, if you're lucky enough to not have anxiety or muscle-tension, then I'm really happy for you! What do you do to keep your body/mind healthy when the software career get's demanding?

Hard to say. I had pretty shitty childhood, so I fell like it's really hard to depress me now when I overcome it.

That said, make friends and enjoy everything that there is to enjoy about life.
When you fell like shit is falling on your head, give your self a break, leave the office, listen to birds singing.

When I am going home from work I like to smile to everyone I see on my way, a lot of people smile back, sometimes you might end up having interesting conversation with somebody, helps you forget about work.

But I have to say, I totally feel you. I used to be like this too, constantly depressed or angry, but something has changed, and I can't really point at the exact what.

Thanks. Those are some great tips (especially the one about smiling). But things are much better for me now too. In fact, that's why I'm writing to trying and help other people find better ways to relax and to enjoy work at a pace that doesn't land them in the hospital.
