I'm a pretty big proponent of PWAs. I've been hearing a lot about Tailwind as well. I also think this new CSS backdrop-filter property will be pretty popular, especially for nav bars.
I like that they can be installed and used offline like native apps. I think people are used to some of the benefits they get from using native apps like that, and so they usually go for them over web apps. But I really like the development experience on the web, and the idea of the web in general, so I'm happy to see any new web features that narrow the gap between native and web.
