Number 3 is probably the most important in my opinion that is how you turn what you have learned into full projects and start to progress as a developer. Reading and watching tutorials only gets you so far.
I completely agree. I actually have blog post coming this week about 'How to watch video-tutorials and actually learn', because I realize that watching tutorials only gets you so far...keep an eye for the article!
