While the differences between the old state university and the private university of the last century are practically obvious, a similar difference between, for example, colleges requires additional clarification. I was thinking of going to a public one, but at some point, a friend suggested that I study at miami.asa.edu/certificate-programs... for a biller's profession. I liked his idea, and besides, the salaries there are high.
