So this is my first post. Wont say to much but need advice on good work environments. I love deving and learning new things, testing in so much detail. This is something i love. However my current job i am in doesn't give me chance to improve myself as i am working 16+ hours just to fix old developers codes and projects. I am learning more when debugging but its not healthy code environment as i am mentally drained, and losing motivation. I would like to work in other countries and meet people like minded.
Where do we draw the line? Where can i meet new people which works on them self with deving?
