It has been a while since my FYP has any progress at all, and I decided today that I want to spend 1 hour to make some progress.
And I did it.
Managed to add some new endpoint today and I feel great. In fact I feel like I want to do more but I don't want to spend more than 1 hour in fear of burnout.
So that's it. One hour a day. No more no less. Wish me luck.

This is a great idea! Perhaps a good way to motivate myself. Anyways, your initiative motivated me to also open this DEV account so that maybe I can ensure my FYP progress as well. Thank You Afrie!
You should try it, the idea is to have any progress at all. Slowly but surely after a while it will have a lot of progress.
And the one hour part is just a loose rule that I set myself, I try not to exceed it too much.
